Ruckify verifies all members who join the marketplace. Ruckify uses a three-step verification process which helps us ensure that every account signing up belongs to an actual person with no criminal or fraudulent history.
Ruckify uses your full legal name and mailing address as seen on your government issued-ID to verify members.
If you are having trouble getting verified double-check the following details:
1. Have you used your full legal name?
*Examples that may not work using Brad if this is a short form for your first name or if you have recently changed your maiden name.
2. Have you moved within the last 6 to 12 months? If so, try verifying your account under your old address a Ruckify support member can manually update this for you.
