How can I cancel my booking?


We know that things can come up and you may need to cancel your rental. You can do this effortlessly by heading to your booking itinerary (found under 'My Rental Requests'). Once in your booking itinerary scroll to the bottom and there will be a DISPUTE button. Please dispute your item, requesting a refund, and providing a reason for cancellation. 

Please keep in mind the cancellation policy on your booking. This can be found on the item page.
