All payments are processed by Stripe and held in trust by Ruckify until the booking has been completed, then Ruckify will release the funds the following business day. Owners will receive their payouts via Tipalti. (Need to access your Tipalti account sign in here!) If you have not been set-up to receive payouts on Tipalti yet, you will receive an email invite after your first rental. If you would like to get your account set-up prior to please email us at email@example.com and we will get you registered.
You can look in the booking's itinerary to see the payout invoice, which will explain how much you have earned.
Platform Service Fee: 10%
- This enables us to constantly improve the app and also provide amazing support to our members
Protection Premium: 10%
- Cost to protect your item from damage, and theft (if it has been selected for an item)
Deposit Amount: Varies
- The deposit is refunded back to the Renter
Deposit Admin Fee: 1.9%
- Covers the processing fee for the deposit taken on the booking (if it has been selected for an item)
Ruckify tax: 13%
- We have to charge tax on our service fee and insurance cost
