If there is an issue that cannot be resolved between the Renter and Owner, or the dispute function within the app, you can report members through the message feature or report them to us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To report through the message feature, click on the three dots in the top right corner. From here, a drop-down menu will appear and you can report or block the member.
We ask that you provide any proof, or supporting documentation that pertains to the issue.
As this is a peer-to-peer marketplace we have very high standards for all of our members and take any reports/disputes seriously.
