We understand schedules can change, or the weather may affect your plans. If this arises and you need to change your booking dates/times for your booking, you can follow these steps!
1. Connect with the Owner to let them know of the date change and confirm this works for them and with their cancellation policy. You can connect with them via in-app messages.
2. If everything works head to your booking itinerary and file a claim/dispute for a rental date change.
3. Ruckify's trust and safety team will then cancel and refund your original booking.
4. Then you will need to re-book your rental item for the new dates and times.
