If the item is damaged during the booking
If the item is damaged or breaks during the booking, please contact the Owner right away using our in-app chat. If it is a mechanical problem, the Owner may be able to walk you through how to fix it. If the item can not be easily fixed please go to your booking itinerary on the app and dispute the booking. Please provide as much detail as possible.
If the item is damaged or broken and you need to continue using the item, please call or email Ruckify (email@example.com) to see if we can find a replacement.
