What happens if the Poster doesn't show up?

We all know that life can get in the way of our plans and that we can't always be on time. If the Owner is late to drop off or pick up their item(s), please try using our in-app messaging to contact them. 

If you feel that you have waited too long, there is an option to file a dispute on the booking's itinerary page, after which a member of the Ruckify team will contact you as soon as we can. 

Refunds are to be determined on a case by case basis.
