What happens if the Renter doesn't show up?

No shows

We all know that life can get in the way of our plans and that we can't always be on time. If the Renter is late to pick up the item(s) they have booked, please try using our in-app messaging to get a hold of them, or you can also use the contact information provided on the invoice. 

If you feel that you have waited too long, there is an option to file a dispute on the booking's itinerary page, and a member of the Ruckify team will contact you as soon as we can.
