Submitting a dispute
Disputes are filed when a Renter would like to cancel the booking or are requesting a refund. Owners can submit a dispute to provide a refund to their Renter, cancel bookings, additional charges needing to be applied, or if an insurance claim needs to be submitted. You can find the dispute button on the booking itinerary page for the associated rental in question.
If you are using Ruckify on a browser head to the booking in question and click booking itinerary. If you scroll to the bottom of the booking itinerary page and there will be a dispute area as seen in this photo:
