Submitting a dispute/claim
Disputes/Claims are filed by the Renter if they would like to cancel the booking, rescheduling the booking or there was an issue with the item. Owners can submit a dispute to provide a refund to their Renter, cancel bookings, request additional charges, or if an insurance claim needs to be submitted. You can find the dispute/claim button on the booking itinerary page for the associated rental in question.
If you are using Ruckify on a browser head to the booking in question and click booking itinerary. If you scroll to the bottom of the booking itinerary page and there will be a claim area as seen in this photo:
